New for 2024, NC Courage is introducing a Season Ticket Member Referral Program! Existing members can refer their friends, coworkers, and acquaintances to join us for the beautiful game. Matches are more fun when you share them, so refer your friends today! See more details below.

Entries into the drawing for the listed prizes will be determined by the number of season tickets purchased by referred members. For each season ticket seat purchased by the referred member, both members (new and existing) receive 1 entry into the drawing.
- Example – As a current member, I refer John to buy 2 season tickets, once John purchases, we both get 2 entries into the drawing for the prizes listed.
Drawing to be conducted in July after Season Ticket sales for the 2024 season close
Members are only eligible to receive 1 prize per season, regardless of the number of entries

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I have to refer my friends?

Simply fill out the form on this page and a representative from the club will contact your friends about season tickets. Once they purchase, we will contact you with a confirmation email stating that you are eligible for the prizes. Only referrals received through the referral form on this page are eligible for prizes.

How long do I have to refer my friends in the program?

Season tickets are sold until around June each year.

Do referrals from past seasons count toward the referral rewards program?

Only new season ticket purchase referrals made after the 2024 season program launch will be eligible for the referral prizes. Renewal members are not eligible for this program.

Can I receive multiple entries in the Grand Prize Raffle by referring multiple people who purchase season tickets?

Yes, members can receive multiple entries into the raffle. The more people referred who then purchase, the more chances to win! *One entry per referral seat purchased*

Do seats that have been renewed but transferred to a new account qualify for the rewards program?

To qualify for the reward program, new seats must be purchased under a new account.

Do I qualify for rewards if a referral does not purchase season tickets?

The referral must purchase full season ticket(s).

Account Manager How-to Guide

*Please note, your season tickets or multigame pack will not appear in your regular Ticketmaster app. The two programs do not sync, and the Ticketmaster app is just for single match tickets bought from Ticketmaster.com*

Access Tickets

Login to Account Manager:
1. Click the SIGN IN tab in the top right of the screen. Put in your email address (the one associated with your NC Courage season ticket purchase) and password.
2. If you have not used the NC Courage account manager before, SIGN UP to create an account.

Click on My Events and you will see the matches you have tickets for.When you click on a specific match then you will see your seats. When you tap on the seat, while using your cell phone, you will see the barcode – you will not see a barcode while using a computer – this can be saved to the phone’s wallet (which is recommended) or just opened and used to scan at the entrance to WakeMed Soccer Park. My Events tab is also where you will go to Redeem Vouchers.

To Redeem Vouchers, click “view event details” on the voucher event. Next, click the exchange button on the right side of the screen. Then, select the vouchers and click continue. On the next page, you will be prompted to select the event (specific match). Last, select the event and then you will be able to select a seat and continue with the buying process.

Transfer/Sell Tickets

Other than scanning your ticket on match day, you have two options. You can transfer your tickets to someone else or you can sell them. If you click on Transfer, then you should select the seats you want to forward to someone, then fill out the required fields and your recipient will be alerted to receive the tickets.

Enter the information needed for the separate fields and tickets will be transferred across.

If you select to Sell Tickets, you will be asked to select the tickets you want to sell. If you haven’t already, they will ask you to Create Your Seller Profile and then you will Set the Price. There are minimum and maximum prices per ticket depending on the location of the tickets.

To Resell Tickets, you will click on My Events, click on Event Details, then click on Sell. Next select the tickets you want to sell and click continue. You will then be able to enter a price to sell your tickets. When pricing your tickets, Ticketmaster will tell you the minimum price if priced too low. To be able to resell your tickets, Ticketmaster will have you fill out personal information (Seller Profile), including bank account details to be able to receive money from any sales. You will receive an email once you have listed any ticket(s) for sale as well as an email if/when your ticket(s) sell. You can edit or remove your listing by going back into the Event and click on Edit/Remove Listing.

To add tickets to your Apple Wallet, click on My Events, click on Event Details. Next select a seat and you will see the option to Add to Apple Wallet.

Exchange Tickets

To Exchange Tickets, click on My Events then choose the game you want to exchange, click on View Event Details and then you will want to click on the MORE button and click on Exchange. Next you will select the ticket(s) to exchange and then select the game you want to switch into by selecting a seat on the provided seat map.

*Note: You can only exchange tickets in your price level or below*.

Upgrade Tickets

To do a Seat Upgrade, you will click on My Events, click on Event Details, then the MORE button, then Seat Upgrade* then select your seat, continue and then you will see the price difference owed, if any and you can pay right there.

*Note: Season Ticket Members cannot use multiple seats to upgrade to a better seat. Upgrades are one-for-one only.

Important Parking Information

General parking is now included with the cost of tickets for 2024 home matches at WakeMed Soccer Park! Staff will still be available to direct fans to open parking spots upon arrival for a stress-free experience.
