We’re making it easier to manage your tickets and matchday experience
Our club is always looking for new ways to improve the fan experience. Our new ticketing website and soon-to-be-released North Carolina Courage mobile app are very user-friendly. Here are some resources to help you know what to expect on matchday.
Please download the new North Carolina Courage app (coming soon) prior to heading to First Horizon Stadium at WakeMed Soccer Park for your first match. To enter, you will need to scan your ticket barcode either directly from the app or via Apple/Google Wallet.
How do I buy tickets online?
- Visit tickets.nccourage.com.
- From the “Buy Tickets” page, visit the “Single Match” or “Plans” tab to shop for tickets.
- When you create a team account online or on the mobile app, the same credentials will work for both—and will also work for the North Carolina Courage mobile app and ticketing website.
- To create your account online, enter your email address and a password to begin. If you’re a season ticket member who purchased your plan via Ticketmaster, please make sure to use the same email address that you used on Ticketmaster.
- Next, check your email account for an email from “NC Courage” titled “Your Verification Code.” This email may take a few moments to arrive.
- Enter the 6-digit code you receive via email on the verification screen, then continue to enter your basic profile information. Email didn’t arrive? Check your spam folder.
- Complete your purchase.
How do I manage my tickets online?
- Visit tickets.nccourage.com.
- Click the Profile icon in the top right corner.
- Select “My Tickets” to view tickets you’ve already purchased.
- To transfer tickets, click “Transfer.”
- Select the ticket(s) you want to transfer and enter the email address of the recipient. Make sure you use the correct email address and check for any typos.
- The recipient will receive an email notifying them that they’ve been sent tickets. Once they login to the North Carolina Courage app or website, they can see the tickets in their account.
- You can also transfer tickets on the mobile app.
Do I need separate accounts for North Carolina Courage and North Carolina FC?
You can use the same email address and password for both teams’ ticketing websites and mobile apps.
- You will need the appropriate team’s mobile app to attend a match.
- Your North Carolina FC tickets will be available to scan in the North Carolina FC mobile app.
- Your North Carolina Courage tickets will be in the North Carolina Courage app.
When will the North Carolina Courage mobile app be available?
- The North Carolina Courage mobile app will be available in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store prior to the first home match of the 2025 season. When the app is available, we will update this page with more information.
