A: NCFC vs. Central Valley Fuego FC at 4 PM (day and time change) followed by the NC Courage vs. NJ/NY Gotham FC at 7:30 PM (time change). Gates will open at 3 PM for the Doubleheader. The Courage players will take the field for warmups immediately following the conclusion of the NCFC match. Q: I am trying to purchase tickets for the NCFC match on September 1 (or 2) and I’m not able to as Ticketmaster says the match is sold out? A: To prevent fans from having duplicate seats for the NCFC and NC Courage Doubleheader we have combined both matches together under one event and are selling the Doubleheader through the Courage event. A: The NCFC match scheduled for the evening of Friday, September 1, has been moved by working with the USL based on CV Fuego FC playing 2 days earlier. The NCFC match is now September 2 at 4 PM to create a Doubleheader event with the NC Courage. You are invited to stay after the NCFC match and watch the Courage match at 7:30 PM for free! Based on available seating, we have provided either the same or similar seating for the Courage match. We will only scan the Courage tickets for the Doubleheader. If you have saved your NCFC tickets to your wallet, then you will need to save the Courage ticket to enter the match. Q: I have NCFC tickets for September 1 vs CV Fuego FC; can I attend the NC Courage match afterwards? A: YES! Q: I have purchased individual tickets for the NCFC match on September 1 via FEVO, through a group outing, what should I do if I would like to attend the September 2 Courage match with my NCFC tickets? What seats do I sit in for the matches? A: Good question, the following circumstances apply for all individual match ticket purchasers except those who purchased directly through Ticketmaster.com: 1. All ticketholders who have seats for the original CV Fuego match on Friday, September 1, that do not have overlapping seats with NC Courage match (vs NJ/NY Gotham FC) will be seated in the same seat for the Doubleheader. 1. Any NCFC ticketholders who own seats that overlap with Courage ticketholders will have similar seating locations added to their Ticketmaster account for the Doubleheader. Q: I have purchased individual tickets for the NCFC match on September 1 through Ticketmaster.com, what should I do if I would like to attend the Courage match at 7:30 PM? A: Anyone who purchased individual tickets for the NCFC match that did not have a seating location that overlapped with a Courage ticketholder will stay in the same seating location for both matches. Anyone who purchased tickets for the NCFC match that has an overlapping seating location with an NC Courage ticket holder will be relocated by Ticketmaster to the best (comparable) seating location and will use that location for the Doubleheader. Q: Can I leave and come back between matches? A: No, WakeMed Soccer Park does not allow for re-entry. Once you scan into the stadium with your tickets, you can stay and enjoy both soccer matches until you are ready to leave for the evening. The Courage players will take the field for warmups immediately at the conclusion of the NCFC match. Q: Since it is a Doubleheader, can I bring in outside food? A: No, as with any match at WakeMed Soccer Park, no outside food or beverage is allowed. We have anticipated and coordinated the larger than normal crowd for this match with our concession provider. We will have food and beverages available for purchase throughout both matches. WakeMed Soccer Park does allow for empty water bottles that can be filled at the water fountains inside the stadium gates. Q: I have my digital NCFC ticket saved in my wallet, what do I need to do? A: We will be using 1 event for the Doubleheader, under the Courage seating assignments. We are adding Courage tickets for everyone that has an NCFC ticket. Simply download the Courage ticket for September 2 (the Doubleheader) to your wallet and use this new ticket to enter the matches. You can delete the NCFC ticket saved in your wallet to avoid confusion when arriving at the stadium.

Q: I am a Courage Season Ticket Member; can I attend the NCFC match beforehand? A: YES! We are happy to host any Season Ticket Members that want to arrive early for the Courage match and cheer on NCFC as we take on Central Valley Fuego FC at 4 PM. You may use your Courage tickets for entry into the stadium and use the same seat locations. Q: If I am a NCFC Season Ticket Member and want to exchange out of this match due to the day and time change or due to also having Courage tickets, when can I use the ticket exchange to pick another NCFC match to attend this season? A: For the NCFC match, the ticket exchange feature in Account Manager will be open for 1 week after the announcement of the Doubleheader. After 1 week, we will disable the Season Ticket Member benefit for the match and start loading tickets in for the Doubleheader. Q: I am a Season Ticket Member trying to exchange my tickets from the NCFC match through Account Manager, but it is disabled. How do I exchange my tickets for one of these matches? A: To assist us with maintaining seating integrity for the Doubleheader, the ticket exchange feature in Account Manager has been disabled for the NCFC match. Q: What if I am a Season Ticket Member for both teams, have 2 tickets for each match and only need 2 tickets for the Doubleheader instead of 4 tickets? A: As a Season Ticket Member benefit, you can utilize the ticket exchange for a set of tickets for another match this season. The NCFC match will have the ticket transfer option shut off 1 week after the announcement of the Doubleheader to help keep the seating integrity of both matches. Anyone with tickets after this deadline for the NCFC match will be provided seats for the Doubleheader on the Courage event. Q: What if I am a Season Ticket Member for both teams, have 2 tickets for both the NCFC and NC Courage matches in the same seat location and want to use 4 tickets for the Doubleheader? A: As a Season Ticket Member benefit, you can utilize the ticket exchange for a set of tickets for another match this season.
