North Carolina Courage forward Debinha has been called up for international duty with the Brazil women’s national team for a pair of June friendlies in Europe. Brazil will travel to Madrid to face Spain on June 10 and then take on Iceland in Reykjavik on June 13. Debinha, a regular with the Brazilian women’s national team since 2011, has scored 21 goals in 51 appearances, including two goals in seven FIFA World Cup appearances. She was recently called up in April for a friendly against Bolivia. Debinha and the NC Courage return to WakeMed Soccer Park to host FC Kansas City on Saturday, June 3.
