CARY, NC (March 28, 2017) – The North Carolina Courage announced the 25-player preseason roster in advance of their inaugural 2017 season.
The roster includes 19 contracted players, three 2017 NWSL college selections and three invitees. The final inaugural season roster will be announced on April 10.
Following a 3-0 win over the University of Tennessee Volunteers last Saturday, March 25, the NC Courage will take the field for their second-ever preseason match against Tony da Luz’s Wake Forest Demon Deacons on Saturday, April 1 at 1 p.m. at WakeMed Soccer Park. The game is free and open to the public.
The North Carolina Courage kick off their inaugural season on the road on April 15 as they visit the Washington Spirit. The inaugural home opener against Tobin Heath and the Portland Thorns is Saturday, April 22 at 7:30 p.m. Season tickets and individual tickets are on sale now and fans can visit NCFCTix.com or call our box office at 919-459-8144 for ticket details.
